Overall, the property is quite spacious and has a decent layout. However, there are a few major issues that make living here difficult. The biggest concern is waterlogging, especially during the rainy season. The roads around the property are not properly constructed, which makes it difficult to commute from one place to another when there is heavy rainfall. There are also water-related issues within the property itself. Since the property is quite old, there are times when water does not come properly from the taps, which is a major inconvenience. Another concern is the landlord’s behaviour. She can be extremely rude and often communicates in a very unpleasant manner, which makes dealing with her quite uncomfortable. Overall, while the property is spacious, the recurring water-related problems, poor road conditions, and the landlord’s behaviour are the major drawbacks.

Good Facilities Overall, but Water Pipeline & Mobile Network Need Improvement

I've had a generally good experience living here. The property is well-maintained, and the overall facilities are satisfactory. Since I live on the first floor, I haven't faced any major issues with accessibility or daily living. However, there are two significant concerns that should be addressed. The first is the **water pipeline system**. Whenever the water tank runs empty, air gets trapped in the pipeline, which affects the water supply. There also appears to be a leakage issue, causing the water to run out more quickly than expected. This can be quite inconvenient for residents. The second major issue is **mobile network connectivity**. The signal is extremely poor, regardless of the service provider (Jio, Airtel, or others). In most cases, you'll need a Wi-Fi connection to access the internet or make reliable calls. As for the owner, communication can sometimes feel a bit strict or particular. However, if you pay your rent on time and follow the agreed terms, there are generally no problems. Overall, it's a good place to stay with decent facilities, but improving the water pipeline system and mobile network connectivity would make the living experience much better.
