Reasonable rent and convenient location with good access to many facilities.

The apartment was clean , had a basic layout, and was suitable for regular day-to-day living. I had access to nearby shops and transport is another advantage. But noise from the surrounding area occasionally disturbed the peace, especially during busy hours. Overall, the property was satisfactory.
